This project might be picked up again one day. If it is it will be very likely Dart and Flutter based instead of Go and Gio UI.

soundbox-app is the official graphical application to stream audio to one or multiple soundbox devices.

Currently sound can only be streamed from web radio URLs, platform support is limited to Linux and a hand-written configuration file is required. See the README.md for details.

The main logic is developed separately in the soundbox-go Go library.
